Is there a way to fix the Xbox “online status unknown” error? It’s a problem that has persisted throughout most of the Xbox One’s life but appears to still be affecting players in 2021, where Xbox Live should be showing that a person is either online or offline but is instead the service is showing as “unknown.” So is there an Xbox One “online status unknown” fix or is it a problem with Xbox Live itself?
